Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be credited for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

​An item may be returned for an exchange or store credit up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused condition as shipped to the customer. Refunds will be processed as store credit. Accessories including handbags are FINAL SALE.

Please include the email you used when you placed the order with all returns. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the packing slip that was shipped with your order.

All returns can be sent to the return address on the shipping label (137 Kings Hwy. E. Haddonfield, NJ 08033). 

Please note: If a gift card is used to pay for some or all of the order, note that the total refunded amount will go back to the gift card.
