Shipping Policy
At Maxwell James, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end.

Refunds are issued for the price of the returned item(s) plus applicable tax, but original shipping costs are not refunded.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, color, or size, please contact us right away. In these cases, you will be fully credited for the item including shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition as shipped

Items must be returned with original tags attached
Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Please include the email address used to place the order with your return.

If requesting an exchange, clearly note the size you would like to exchange for on the original packing slip.

Gift Card Purchases
If a gift card was used to pay for part or all of your order, any refunded amount will be returned to the same gift card.
