Shipping

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please note:

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned orders.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with the order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, size, or color, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right and cover any associated shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Once your return has been received and approved, your store credit will be issued via email.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Please include the email address used to place your order inside your return package.

If you're requesting an exchange, please note the size you'd like to receive on your original packing slip.
